Create Feeder Cross Arm

Ribbon: Track-side Design > Feeder

Feeder cross-arms are created either automatically with the creation of feeders or manually with the following functions. If you want to attach a cross-arm to an existing feeder, you have to create it manually.

Create New Feeder Cross-Arm

With the Create Feeder Cross-Arm function you can create a feeder cross-arm manually.

Intention

Create a cross-arm for an existing feeder.

Instructions
  1. Run the Cross-Arm function.
  2. Select the holder for the cross-arm.
  3. Select the feeder point, the cross-arm should be attached to.

Result

OpenRail Overhead Line Designer creates a feeder cross-arm. The associated data will be updated in the project database and the graphic.
